Group Fitness

At The Women’s Club, you never have to go it alone when it comes to getting fit. We offer a variety of challenging and motivating group exercise classes from which to choose. These classes are designed to inspire and challenge you to meet your fitness goals. Classes are available for every fitness level and are led by upbeat, motivating instructors. Get the attention and support you need while finding out how fun a workout can be!

Over 50 Group Fitness Classes are offered weekly, including Cycle Reebok Classes, Yoga and Pilates. Check out our schedule for times and class descriptions.
