Group Fitness

At The Women’s Club, you never have to go it alone when it comes to getting fit. We offer a variety of challenging and motivating group exercise classes from which to choose. These classes are designed to inspire and challenge you to meet your fitness goals. Classes are available for every fitness level and are led by upbeat, motivating instructors. Get the attention and support you need while finding out how fun a workout can be!

Over 50 Group Fitness Classes are offered weekly, including Spinning, Zumba, Kickboxing, Yoga and Pilates. Check out our class schedule for times and class descriptions.

We are by no means finished with the things we are working is a sneak peek at what we have coming your way in the near future (no dates have been set for the roll out of these classes):

  • The BARRE returns! Yep, we will be bringing it back and this time it will be on the regular schedule. No fees required!
  • Metabolic Fusion Class - This class is being designed with igniting your metabolism to turn your body into a little calorie burning machine. Keep watching for more details and get ready to shift your workout into overdrive with an interval based, total body workout with maximum results.
  • On the Ball - The traditional ball class and a group exer fave makes it triumphant return!
  • Biker Barre - Contrary to it's name, it's a cycle class with a softer side. This class will combine the intensity of a regular cycle class in combination with the lengthening and strengthening aspects of a barre class for a well-rounded workout.
