Cardio Classes

At The Women’s Club, you never have to go it alone when it comes to getting fit. We offer a variety of challenging and motivating group exercise classes from which to choose. These classes are designed to inspire and challenge you to meet your fitness goals. Classes are available for every fitness level and are led by upbeat, motivating instructors. Get the attention and support you need while finding out how fun a workout can be!

Step and Sculpt

The goal is to raise your heart rate and burn body fat by combining cardio and strength training in an interval style workout. Great class for all fitness levels.

Cardio Combo

Raise your heart rate and lower your weight with this class. You’ll use high or low impact movements (maybe even a little dancing!) to achieve the results you want. All fitness levels.

Cardio & Core

Join us for a fusion of fat burning cardio, core challenging and strength training that will deliver full body results and overall fitness. For all levels.

Cardio Step

Step up your exercise routine with this classic aerobic workout for the intermediate to advanced stepper. All fitness levels.

Cycle

Reach new heights in fitness with this low-impact, high intensity class. All classes are held in the Cycle Studio. Please arrive 10 minutes early and notify the instructor if you are new to this class.

On the Ball

Join us for this creative fusion of cardio, strength core training , balance and flexibility training using the giant stability ball.

ZUMBA!

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves  to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple:  We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

ZUMBA! TONING

This unique spin on Zumba® blends body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. Students use weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and build strength.
