The Women’s Club takes an individual approach to meeting your needs by guiding you through a customized program for total wellness. Whether you're managing nutrition for weight loss or disease prevention, we will formulate a healthy eating plan that works for you. We will also evaluate your cooking and shopping regimen to maximize your success and help you reach your goals.

Peel Off the Pounds.
Achieve your ideal body weight with our new Nutritional Coaching for Women program. Led by Naturopathic Physician, Dr. Lucky Bennett , this program is designed to jump-start weight loss by educating you about why certain foods and lifestyle choices contribute to weight gain and poor health and why other foods and lifestyle choices facilitate weight loss and the maintenance of health. While the program is 10 weeks in length, the information presented in the program can be applied for a lifetime!
- Easy-to-follow plan based on a whole-food diet
- Program that incorporates grocery store foods for all meals.
- Daily online food journal check-in.
- 10 weekly hour-long classes covering a variety of topics related to weight loss
- Handouts and recipes so that the information learned in class is accessible to you at home
- One session held at a local grocery store where you will learn how to successfully navigate a typical super market to find the foods that will contribute to weight loss and the maintenance of overall health
- You will be supported all along the way by a group comprised of women who all share similar weight loss goals!
