Appointments
A credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) is needed to reserve your Spa appointment. Tipping is always left to the discretion of our guests. Unless noted, gift certificates for spa packages do not include gratuities. We regret that gratuities cannot be charged to a credit card.
Cancellation Policy
In order to maintain reasonable prices, we maintain a strict cancellation policy. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellation of any spa appointment. Spa packages consisting of 3 or more services require a 48-hour notice. If a guest cancels after the allotted time, 100% of the service will be charged. No shows will be charged 100% of the service.
