At The Women’s Club, you never have to go it alone when it comes to getting fit. We offer a variety of challenging and motivating group exercise classes for women from which to choose. These classes are designed to inspire and challenge you to meet your fitness goals. Group exercise classes are available for every fitness level and are led by upbeat, motivating instructors. Get the attention and support you need while finding out how fun a workout can be!

Over 50 Group Fitness Classes for women are offered weekly, including Spinning, Zumba, Kickboxing, Barre, HIIT, Yoga, and Pilates. Download our current class schedule for times and class descriptions.

**Please note: RESERVATIONS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR MEMBERS and the number of classes, as well as class sizes, will be limited. We are working hard to schedule "pop-up" classes to accommodate demand.**
