These classes are designed to inspire and challenge you to meet your fitness goals. Classes are available for every fitness level and are led by upbeat, motivating instructors. This class will utilize a variety of different equipment to help you develop lean muscle mass and some serious strength. No cardio here...just "Strictly Strength."

This class focuses on improving your posture by building strength in your core, pelvis, and lower back through a variety of exercises. Movements are taught for all fitness levels.
Work through all the elements of fitness... sustained cardio, core/abs, and yoga/stretching for a full-body workout. All levels are welcome!
This 45-minute express workout will get you strong and toned while torching calories! Using timed intervals, this class combines strength training and cardiovascular condition for maximum results in a minimum amount of time.
Prime Time Fitness
Whether you are generally healthy, are managing an illness, new to exercise, or simply beginning to notice the effects of time, there are big and small ways to get more active. This class will help you work on a well-rounded fitness program; cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and balance while learning to safely work within your limitations and actually enjoy exercising.
