Another awesome way to get started working privately with a personal trainer at The Women's Club is with a 1-on-1 Personal Training Membership!

We make things easy for you by packaging your personal training workouts into a monthly membership, allowing you up to 2 times a week to work with one of our expert personal trainers for full, one-hour sessions dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals.

(For example, if you worked out 2 times a week with a trainer, your membership would include 8 workouts per month and would reoccur every 4 weeks.)

We've found that a personal training membership allows our members to stay more committed and focused on their fitness routine week in and week out and with that comes BETTER RESULTS! 

We have two separate options for our personal training membership, both in-club, and in-home.


An 'In-Club' Personal Training Membership Includes:

  • Choose four or eight, 60-minute personal training sessions per month (30-min sessions also available)
  • Full evaluation/consultation before beginning the program
  • Unique, custom-tailored programs designed specifically for you
  • Goal setting and progress tracking
  • Use of the full fitness floor and equipment while you train

Not comfortable coming into the club? Managing a busy schedule? Safely train in your own home!

An 'In-Home' Personal Training Membership Includes:  

  • Choose four or eight, 60-minute personal training sessions per month
  • Full evaluation/consultation before beginning the program
  • Unique, custom-tailored programs designed specifically for you
  • Goal setting and progress tracking
  • Train from the comfort of your own home, no equipment required...we will bring ours
  • Have a home gym? We can show you how to set it up to get max results!
