The Women's Club is proud to offer its clients Post Rehab and Fitness Therapy. This special program integrates fitness programming for special populations and clients with post-rehab conditions. Through a combination of planned physical movements, postures, or activities, our Fitness Therapy program can help:

  • lower risk of injury
  • optimize overall health
  • improve fitness and well-being

Exercise is the key to long-term management of most medical conditions and can improve, if not prevent, most age-related illnesses. Our program specializes in helping you recuperate or improve your fitness strength, agility, and daily living activities.

Post-Rehab and Fitness Therapy will provide you with the following:
